Athens became the focal point of the world’s Academies as it hosted, for the first time, the historic inaugural Symposium of the International Common of Academies, with the participation of representatives from 38 Academies around the world.
Greece at the center of the world’s Academies. Academician Christos Zerefos was unanimously elected as the first President of the International Common of Academies. He is a member of the Advisory Committee of the Maniatakeion Foundation.
